Bill Beans, Jr.
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Bill is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Congruex. Previously, he was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Open Range Communications, and has served as President of TeleTech Holdings and Director, President, and COO of ICG Communications. Bill was also Senior Vice President with AT&T Local Services, and he began his career in the construction business working for Peter Kiewit Sons. Bill holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Kevin O’Hara
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman
Kevin is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman for Congruex. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Integra Telecom, and he was a co-founder of Level 3 Communications, where he served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Kevin was also President and CEO of MFS Global Network Services, and he started his career in the construction business working for Peter Kiewit Sons. Kevin holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel, and holds his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
David Howson
Chief Operating Officer
David is Chief Operating Officer of Congruex. David brings more than 25 years of leadership and operations to Congruex, including network deployment, customer operations, sales, and transactions, and carries a deep understanding and focus on the telecom industry. Prior to joining Congruex, David spent four years as CEO at Six Degrees Group in London, where he transformed the business from a traditional IT Managed Service Provider to a Cloud & Security Service Provider. Previously, he held various leadership roles at Zayo Group including the International President and Chief Network Officer, President of Sales and Customer Operations, and President of Zayo Bandwidth and Colocation. Prior to Zayo, Mr. Howson had a twelve-year career at Level 3 Communications where he was Group Vice President of Customer Operations and Senior Vice President of Access Management and Operations, M&A Integration, and Network Planning and Deployment. He started his career in the field at Peter Kiewit Sons in Europe.
Rob Reynolds
Chief Information Officer & Chief Administrative Officer
Rob is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Administrative Officer accountable for all Shared Services at Congruex. He oversees global technology, people strategy, HR Operations, safety, and contracts. Prior to Congruex, Rob was the Vice President of Next Generation Systems, Technology Strategy & New Business/Partner Acceleration for Comcast. Additionally Rob brings deep industry experience from AT&T Broadband and TCI Communications. Rob holds his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems and Quantitative Methods from Fort Hays State University, and holds his Masters in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver.
Andy Carlson
Chief Financial Officer
Andy is Chief Financial Officer for Congruex. He has also served as CFO at zColo for the Zayo Group, where he led FP&A, accounting, mergers & acquisition and real estate. Andy also worked on Corporate Development at Zayo, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Previously, Andy held roles in the private equity and hedge fund industries. He holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
Bo Swindell
VP of Strategy & Business Operations
Bo is the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations at Congruex. Prior to joining Congruex, Bo was at Ande where he was the VP of Business Development. Earlier in his career Bo was the Chief of Staff to the Government Sector lead at Deloitte, and he also has experience from Fernbrook Capital Management and Canopy Holdings. Bo holds his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Middle Eastern Languages and Literature from University of Virginia, and he holds his MBA & MS Design Innovation from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Lorrie Pope
General Manager, CHC Consulting & Congruex Asia-Pacific
Lorrie is the General Manager for Congruex Engineering Services under CHC Consulting and Congruex Asia-Pacific. Lorrie co-founded CHC Consulting, providing mission critical engineering services to the telecommunications industry. She has trained engineers from the ground-up for Fiber to the Business, Fiber to the Cell Site, Lightspeed, Lightgig, One Fiber and Fiber to the Prem projects. Prior to CHC, Lorrie was an OSP Engineer at AT&T responsible for the management and design of telco facilities for residential customers.
Todd D. Briner, P.E.
General Manager, Terra Technologies
Todd is General Manager of Terra Technologies. Previously, he was a Principal for Terra, and has served as both Vice President and Director of Operations for national engineering companies. Todd holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Adam White
General Manager, White Construction
Adam is General Manager of White Construction, a Congruex company, after previously serving as its President & CEO. Adam is responsible for all aspects of operations, including field operations, personnel planning and management, project logistics and coordination, equipment and vehicle placement, shop services management, material and vendor management, as well as client and consultant relations.
Chris Walker
General Manager, Southeast Utilities of Georgia
Chris is the General Manager of Southeast Utilities of Georgia (SEU), a Congruex company. SEU was founded in 1997, and Chris directly lead their expansion efforts into the Florida, Georgia and South Carolina markets. SEU now operates in 5 states, and Chris is responsible for all aspects of the business.
Steve Myers
General Manager, True North Management Services
Steve Myers is the General Manager of True North Management Services, a Congruex company. Steve founded True North in 2000 and has grown the company to its current presence throughout the Midwest. Prior to founding True North, Steve was a RF Field Engineer at Sprint and a Petty Officer in the United States Coast Guard. Steve’s experience in the Coast Guard is the foundation for True North’s unique culture.
Mark Rogers
General Manager, Gudenkauf
Mark Rogers is the General Manager of Gudenkauf, a Congruex company. Mark has been at Gudenkauf for 17 years and has over 30 years of experience in Outside Plant Construction. He brings a wealth of expertise, with strengths in areas such as maintaining a fast pace in dynamic environments, augmenting sales, training and managing personnel, and developing and launching multiple projects.
Bill Sonnabend
General Manager, A&M Communications
William (Bill) Sonnabend is the General Manager of A&M Communications, a Congruex company. He established A&M Communications in September 2015 with his business partner, Nicholas Elliott. Prior to that, Bill served as the Vice President of Operations at Mycom North America for 11 years. He also worked for Bechtel and Alcatel Lucent. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and has served in a variety of roles in the industry throughout his career. He loves spending time with his granddaughters, Ava and Myla, of whom the company was named after.
John Bennett
General Manager, Matrix Engineering
John Bennett is the General Manager of Matrix Engineering, a Congruex company. He has 25 years of telecom industry experience, beginning his career with Trilithic in 1995 after graduating from Ball State University with degrees in Economics and Marketing. After working for several prominent telecom manufacturers such as ADC, Commscope, TE, Tyco/Raychem, and others, John saw a need to bring a higher level of business acumen and professionalism to the market.
Kevin Knoblock
General Manager, HHS Construction
Kevin Knoblock is the General Manager of HHS Construction, a Congruex company specializing in OSP underground and aerial construction, ISP technology solutions, and engineering design. Kevin has over 38 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and began his career at Cidcomm Communications, alongside future HHS founders. Kevin joined HHS in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of the leadership team, where he remains today leading the charge in continued growth, diversity of customers, and further expansion with Congruex.

Dan Kilpatrick
Crestview, Partner
Dan Kilpatrick joined Crestview in 2009 and is a partner of the firm. He has worked across a variety of sectors, including media and financial services. Prior to Crestview, Dan worked for the Yale Investments Office. Dan is currently on the board of Congruex, ICM Partners, Industrial Media, WOW! and Venerable Holdings and is a board observer of Fidelis Insurance. He was previously on the board of Accuride, Camping World Holdings, NYDJ and Symbion. Dan received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Brian Cassidy
Crestview, Partner
Brian Cassidy joined Crestview in 2004 and is a partner of the firm and a member of the Investment Committee. Brian is also the head of Crestview’s media strategy. Prior to Crestview, Brian worked in private equity at Boston Ventures, investing in the media and business services industries. He also worked as the acting CFO of a Boston Ventures’ portfolio company, ec-Content. Previously, Brian was an investment banking analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons, where he advised companies in the consumer and business services sectors on capital markets and M&A transactions. Brian is currently a director of Camping World Holdings, Congruex Holdings, Hornblower Holdings, ICM Partners, Industrial Media and WOW!. He was previously involved with Charter Communications, Cumulus Media, Insight Communications, Interoute Communications, NEP Group, OneLink Communications and ValueOptions. Brian received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an A.B. in physics from Harvard College.
Robert Vrij
Independent Board Member, former President and Chairman of of Alcatel-Lucent USA
Robert Vrij has more than 25 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Hewlett Packard's Enterprises Group and managing director of HPE Americas. Prior to HPE, Mr. Vrij spent five years at Alcatel-Lucent USA as executive vice president and chief of global sales and marketing, as well as president and chairman of Alcatel-Lucent USA. In these roles, he was responsible for managing $15 billion in sales, as well as global alliances, marketing and communications. Prior to Alcatel-Lucent, Mr. Vrij spent nearly a decade at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, advancing from sales management to become president and CEO of Lucent Technologies for EMEA. He has also run a small to mid-size public company and worked as an executive in start-ups, such as Openwave Systems, a leading provider of software applications and infrastructure and Genband Inc., a provider of IP solutions to service providers. Mr. Vrij earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University in Houston.
Kevin Rabbitt
Independent Board Member, CEO of Hornblower Group
Kevin Rabbitt currently serves as the CEO of Hornblower Group. Prior to his current role, Kevin was the Chairman and CEO of NEP Group, a worldwide outsourced product partner supporting premier content producers of live sports, entertainment, music and corporate events. In such capacity, he led a team of 3500+ employees that provide superior service with a focus on technical innovation – supporting productions in over 87 countries around the world. During his tenure as NEP, he led the acquisition and integration of over 30 companies into the NEP platform. Kevin holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Studies from Rice University, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
John Schanz
Independent Board Member, former Chief Network Officer of Comcast Cable
John Schanz has been instrumental in building some of the world's most powerful and reliable networks. He is widely recognized as a key contributor to the massive scaling and advancement of Internet infrastructure. Mr. Schanz is currently a Senior Advisor at BBH Capital Partners, Graham Partners and TDF Ventures, and a member of the Board of LiquidSky. He previously held senior leadership positions at Comcast, Sprint, GE and AOL. As the former Chief Network Officer of Comcast Cable, Mr. Schanz led a team of 5,000 FTEs, transforming the culture and talent to champion changes from historic norms. Likewise, he scaled the world's largest 24xForever network and infrastructure, which supports five multi-billion dollar business units. Moreover, Mr. Schanz helped scale the global Internet core at Sprint, and along with his team, enabled AOL to grow into the predominant Internet Service Provider of its era. Mr. Schanz has also been a leader in cybersecurity, streamlining risk management to protect customers, employees and technology infrastructure. Mr. Schanz earned an Electrical Engineering degree at Manhattan College. He is the recipient of the 2013 National Cable & Telecommunications Association Vanguard Award in Science & Technology. In 2012, InfoWorld recognized Mr. Schanz with a Technology Leadership Award. The Chairman of the FCC has also previously appointed him to chair the FCC's Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council.
