Congruex SpliceCo seeks Sr. Director of Splicing Operations to work in Boulder, CO. Lead operations of splicing unit and develop splicing training for national operations. Oversee fiber optic cable splicing in both outdoor and indoor settings. Read, design, and implement splicing schematics, diagrams, and schedules. Recruit and manage contract splicers as necessary to accomplish project. Develop training materials program for lower-level spicing professionals. Requirements include two years in job offered or related leadership position within telecom splicing industry and working knowledge of techniques and schematics for cable, copper, coax, fiber optic, suspension, connection, mid-span splicing, and cutover in indoor and outdoor settings. Requires ability to read, interpret and draft splicing prints and codes. Telecommuting option available from anywhere in U.S. Up to 80% U.S. and international travel.
